DESCRIPTION:Linda Widdop – President of the Delaware Valley Ornithological Club \nWhile you can’t really see Russia from any point in Alaska\, St. Paul Island is pretty close. Located in the Bering Sea\, this island is a destination for birders who want to see birds that are blown over from Russia and other parts of Europe and Asia. We will learn about the bird species that have been found on the island recently\, facts about the island and how to plan a successful trip. \nLinda recently visited St. Paul Island for the first time with a group of friends including Marty Dellwo and Todd Fellenbaum.
